Fuel Surcharge Policy
At Lloydminster Waterproofing and Foundation Repair, we believe in transparent and fair pricing.
Fuel costs can change throughout the year, particularly when transporting equipment, materials and service vehicles to job sites.
To keep our base pricing consistent, we use a fuel surcharge schedule tied to regional fuel prices.
Our baseline fuel price is $1.50 per litre.
When fuel prices are $1.50/L or less, no fuel surcharge applies. When fuel prices exceed $1.50/L, additional charges may apply according to the schedules below.

Standard Terms and Conditions
Fuel Price Benchmark
Weekly fuel averages are reviewed every Monday using local retail surveys or Natural Resources Canada reporting for the active service area.
Estimate Validity
Fixed-price project estimates remain valid for 30 calendar days from issuance. Applicable fuel surcharges are calculated using the regional weekly fuel price at the time of project execution or equipment mobilization.
Contract Disclosure
"Project estimates and travel fees are calculated against a baseline fuel price of $1.50/L. If regional diesel prices exceed $1.50/L during project execution, a fuel surcharge will apply according to our published rate schedule."
Invoice Transparency
Applicable fuel surcharges will appear as separate line items on invoices referencing the current regional fuel average.
Application of Charges
The applicable surcharge method (distance-based or project-based) will be identified in your written quote or agreement. Both methods are not automatically applied to the same fuel expense.
